Hey guys, the funniest thing happened to me last night.
I was having a terrible time going to sleep. But I came up with an idea which I have no idEA how it came to my head but iit just did (this happens sometimes in the middle of the night.) But I got this idea to form a new blog about (blank.) Don't know what I mean? Check it out here, I really encourage you to, it could help you to see life in a different and new perspective:

I don't really know much about this blogspot site, and not sure if you're even able to respond to me on here somehow since I don't have a profile. So if not, I'm on Facebook. ReplyDeletehi bryan! that's so cool that you asked! i don't really have a facebook so i can't message you ): but maybe you'll see my reply. my name is from a switchfoot song called "Needle and haystack life." in the song, the lead singer (Jon Foreman) sings: "you're a needle girl in a haystack world... we are right now... you breathe it in, and let it go, we call it living. in this needle and haystack life, i found miracles there in your eyes. it's not accident we're here tonight, we are once in a lifetime." i just really felt like i could relate to those lyrics. because although it may feel like it, i am NOT just a needle girl in a haystack world; and someone out there is going to look in my eyes one day and say "i found miracles there in your eyes, it's no accident we're here tonight, we're once in a lifetime." i also just LOVE the song! and i love well thought out usernames too... i love well thought out anything! Seems you and I are addicted to his musings :) (by the way, great comment again!) So anyways, I found my way back, and saw that you did indeed respond! ReplyDeleteI now am listening to that Switchfoot album, starting obviously with Needle and Haystack Life. It's great thus far! I used to be a big Switchfoot/Foreman fan, but he kinda lost me on the album prior to this one, and I never gave this album a chance. But it's good!
It's always great when people connect with music so much that it inspires user names/band names/screen names/etc. Back in the day, my AIM was "emotionisalive", only because "emotionisdead" was already taken, lol! Hopefully you know what that is in reference to. So are you a musician as well? I noticed your latest blog was a song. I'd love to hear your stuff if you have anything posted! I used to write and play out, but life's been too busy for that lately. I have some older stuff posted on Myspace. I made my user name for this post a link to the page. Check it out sometime if you'd like.
